Should an item be sent out in error, ie. the wrong size or colour, we will replace the item and refund any postage cost incurred. Should an item simply be the wrong size then the buyer is responsible for any charges incurred whilst returning or resending items. Should you have a problem with an item you have ordered please get in touch. The postal service in Spain can be a little slow, all packages are sent out using the fastest service possible, all packages are tracked, and a tracking number is supplied by email.
